Killermont House - Bearsden

This project was to partially convert an existing basement and extend at the rear basement level. Due to the ground slope the rear garden was not close to the living level of the existing bungalow. The extension provides a dining kitchen living space, accessible to the garden, and with a useful shower room and utility.
