Waterfoot extension
This large rear extension opens up and extends the rear of the existing property, with a light-filled open plan sociable dining kitchen space. The vaulted ceiling, veluxes and lantern skylight all let in lots of natural light. The added Utility and Shower room are also a game-changer.

It’s safe to say I’m even more indecisive then I thought and the process of finishing the plans took time. Amanda was there for every step and gave me some great tips on how to cut cost and was always one step ahead when submitting the applications. She really knows her stuff!
