Milngavie extension
This project added an open plan dining kitchen living space to an older sandstone property. Also added : porch, utility, ground floor shower room, ensuite and bathroom at attic level.
The central roof lantern and two veluxes over the kitchen area bring lots of natural light deep into the space, in addition to the extension glazing that is designed to maximise light. The black thermopine timber cladding contrasts the existing house sandstone.
